ABOUT ME
‘where art and poetry meet, refined patisserie becomes a sensory moment – delicate, meant to bloom in presence and linger softly in memory’
SCULPTURAL EDIBLE ART
Each creation is developed as a sculptural, edible moment – unique, fleeting, and shaped with intention. Crafted not merely to be served, but to be experienced. Rooted in refined patisserie and guided by an artistic sensibility, every piece becomes part of a sensory ritual.

“an element of nature is hidden in each creation, delicately captured
in edible art”

MY STORY
My background lies in the notarial profession, while my artistic journey began in the world of classical ballet. Over time, a deep connection with nature became the heart of my inspiration – shaping poetic, sensory forms that define my work.
Each creation unfolds as a dialogue between flavour, emotion, and sculptural form. Handcrafted using delicate techniques – from chocolate sculpting and palette knife textures to edible painting and fragile floral compositions – each piece carries its own quiet language. These works invite stillness, reflection, and wonder – unfolding their beauty only in the right setting, where presence allows each subtle moment to bloom.
I value those who notice subtlety, sense quiet beauty, and appreciate the intention behind every creation.

Mauritshuis, The Hague
The story of The Swan began when I responded to an open call from the Mauritshuis in The Hague. Drawn to the quiet beauty of Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, I created a delicate sculpture in white chocolate, capturing the subtle interplay of light, timeless elegance, and fragile grace. This work reflects my love for ballet and visual art, translating movement and emotion into an edible, sculptural experience.
Exhibited in museums, The Swan exemplifies how edible art can transcend dessert – becoming a curated, sensory experience that lingers quietly in memory.
